Export Controls and Sanctions Advisors LLC
Export Controls and Sanctions Advisors LLC (“ECS Advisors”) manages the operations of the International Sanctions and Export Control Society (ISECS). ECSA was founded in 2023 by former officials from the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), U.S. Department of Commerce, and U.S. Department of Defense, who served as senior U.S. diplomats, in regulatory, policy, enforcement, and intelligence agencies, and possessing, in the aggregate, decades of experience working with and for every agency in the U.S. Government, and with more than 120 governments around the world.
